Low miles: 123k – diesel now bullet proofed, professional, and legal DEF/EGR delete, ridding any chance of break down or clogging of these systems. Custom ECM installed locally and the Iveco F1C I4EcoDiesel 3.0L should now run as a million miler. Professionally returned to its original intent build status without the emissions choking placed on by North American standards now no longer enforced (i.e., air care)

Has operated in winter temperatures down to -20c while maintaining a cozy internal temperate of +20c with off grid heating system. Ready for your family adventure.

Primary Interior Construction
- Killmat sound deadening throughout entire van
- Cedar furring strips and all cedar used behind the finishing
- 11/16 tongue and groove pine soffit throughout
- Mix of merino and 3M Thinsulate insulation throughout entire van

Sleeping
- Full King size bed across the back with storage underneath.
- Full King size 3” custom Flexwood latex mattress (doesn’t hold moisture or vermin and breathes) with organic cotton zip on cover
- Custom separate child bunk bed enclosed in rear of van. Curtain to separate entrance. 2 x dual USB ports in rear and hard-wired LED light strip with remote control. 4 x book net in back and child standard mattress.
- Blackout curtains in rear with Adventure Van custom magnetic fitted window blackout covers. VanMade front side window shades. Reflective Promaster specific windshield cover. Blackout curtains on both side Motion sliding windows on independent curtain rods.

Storage
- 3 large under bed floor mount slider storage drawers with marine latches. 2 accessible from cabin and large rear main accessible from garage
- Full length overhead airplane style cabinets along driver side upper wall, in kitchen and sleeping area, all constructed from 10 series extruded aluminum and bolted into frame. Custom cabinet frames with soft close hinges and gas strut supports
- Custom real wood under seat storage boxes for each of the front passengers
- Headliner above front passenger compartment that add extra 8 sq ft of easily accessible storage

Ventilation
- Custom Motion windows on both sides of van tinted with slide able openings with bug screens
- Maxx air Fan on roof with wireless remote control
- 2 x clip-on 12v fans with rechargeable USB port capacity
- 12v hardwired 360-degree rotational SIROCCO II marine fan with timer and adjustable speed setting.

Kitchen, Bathroom, Heating and Plumbing
- Eberspacher diesel heater that sips from main tank and has wall mounted control with altitude compensation included.
- Sink that drains into a 10L reservoir or can be routed out custom PVC piping through bottom of van and sealed when not in use
- Custom epoxy poured kitchen countertop rescued from Blueberry farm and stained prior to pour
- 22 Gallon over the wheel well water tank connects to Shurflo pump and Shurflo accumulator
- Undermount kitchen sink with flush mount cutting blocks and black faucet with pump control switch
- Pantry with pull out drawer slide & stainless-steel organizer tray
- Two soft close drawers for cutlery and utensils
- Locally manufactured Nova Kool marine dual compartment fridge freezer 12V/110AC that automatically switches across to shore power when plugged in
- Thetford 135 cassette potty under sink on custom stainless steel checker plate slide out.

Shower
- Instant hot water propane shower mounted on rear door. Open rear doors and hang shower curtain to enclose area -- automatically heats water with propane when water turns on (adjustable)
- all quick click brass/stainless connect and push fit plumbing included
- 11L propane tank that is specific fit for build, mounted in rear of van and routes directly to shower
- All plumbing and wiring to operate systems from rear and front of kitchen (i.e., water pump)
- Floor is easily cleanable, duracoat varnish with underlying reclaimed hardwood floors.

Power Systems / Electronics
- 100-watt solar system (room for more ideally 175-200W)
- 2 x 225aH 6v golf cart lead acid batteries with solar charge controllers and Bluetooth monitoring of battery charge and panel amperage through all Renogy systems (12V system)
- Blue Seas marine breakers, bus bars and fuse blocks used throughout.
-Upgraded alternator that more than doubles the charging rate from the engine
- Marine breakers to all parts of the electrical system that you can use to disconnect the starter battery from the house battery (needs to connect to engine charge). You can do this if you’ll leave the van unattended for a while without solar to avoid risk of draining your starter battery if you leave things like fan and engine running.
- Voltage Sensitive relay that automatically feeds power to battery bank when driving after charge has been delivered to starter batteries and doesn’t allow for reverse drain when parked.
- Tripp Lite 1250w inverter connected to shore power through pig tail and internally wired to twin 110v outlet and dual USB ports

Issues (working on resolving all in the interim)
- Couple of minor cosmetic dents on exterior of van
- One bug screen on passenger side window could be repaired/replaced
- for some reason I cannot get the battery monitor shunt to recognize the charge coming in from the charger. All Renogy systems for battery monitoring in place and Bluetooth signal functioning
- Rear water pump switch for shower operation not functioning (? needs replacement)
- Number four glow plug triggering engine light cannot remove code, scheduled for replacement at servicing interval. - 160Kkm. No issues starting.

It has never been lived in full time, or daily driver and used primarily as an adventure van for holidays and weekends. If you are not in the Lower Mainland, I can also do a video chat to show you the van before either of us has to make any trips or decisions.
