I have 2 people in Colorado helping me show it to potential buyers and ensure a smooth transition to it’s next lucky owner.Sale will be conducted the same way as when I bought it, using an e-signature contract for the bill of sale, and international wire transfers for payments. The keys are in Colorado.*The following description was written by the first owner, who I bought it from.SPECS:All the basic van specs (measurements, load and tow capacity, etc etc) can be found here: https://www.ramtrucks.com/assets/pdf/brochures/2015_ram_promaster.pdfTHE PERKS:- HIGH ROOF, 136" wheel base- LOW MILES, only 33,000 primarily highway miles. (The van mostly drives between Boulder and Rifle, CO between June and October, with maintenance drives and occasional trips to Shelf Road )- AMAZING FUEL EFFICIENCY: gets about 24mpg loaded- BACKUP CAMERA: factory installed not aftermarketREPAIRS/UPGRADES/MAINTENANCE ETC:- Tires: nearly brand new, have 2,000 highway miles on them- E-brake cable: replaced November 2019 (the diesel doesn't have a park gear so it's always parked on the e-brake, so they wear out faster)- Starter: replaced August 2020- Battery: replaced April 2021-Oil Changes: always done regularly, most recently in July 2020 (has sat since then)BONES/SPECS OF THE CAMPER BUILD:- Fatmat and Raamat sound insulation- Insulated with a mixture of spray foam, insulation board, Reflectix and aerogel Spaceloft. (Even with some areas not insulated, my van stays warm/cool way better than some friends’ vans that have far more thorough coverage. I have left it in the blaring NV spring sun all day with all of the windows covered and the fan on and came back to find it practically cold inside. And I’ve slept in it down to the low teens quite comfortably. And I’m a person who layers on wool socks AND Uggs as soon as it dips below 60’)- cork floor in main living area is soft/warm on feet and hides dust nicely- factory upgrade Chrysler floor in rear area under bed (and underneath cork floor)- 5 Motion brand slide opening windows with screens- 1 in each rear door, 1 large one driver side rear, 1 small one driver side front, 1 large one in sliding door. 180’ view from bed. Excellent ventilation. Windows are tinted. The remote unfortunately got stepped on and squashed, but basic operations can be done manually and a replacement remote is available on ebay etc.- whitewashed pine walls- super duper custom 3d thermoplastic ceiling tiles in a soothing waves/ mountains themeKITCHEN- Hinge arm cabinets with Finnish drying rack dish storage system above the sink- Magnetized side and underside of cabinet allows storage of spice tins etc.- Hand pounded copper sink with matching faucet, drains directly to the outside (could be re-routed to drain to a gray water tank if preferred)- warm water from solar water heater on roof, gravity fed, and cold water from 7gal tank under the bed, powered by foot pump- Norcold fridge with freezer compartment 2.7L- 2 burner Flame King range with propane tankLIVING- Queen size, carpeted bed platform (mattress not included) with stick clip holder in the trunk- 5 custom drawers under the bed provide an ENORMOUS amount of storage space for clothes- passenger swivel seat- custom wood storage cubbies next to the bed- jacket / shoe / hat /glove storage built into sliding door will hold all of your puffies and slippers and fleeces and raincoats etc.- carpeted storage cubby for shoes etc. where the living area meets the front of the van also provides a step allowing you to actually see up and into the above van chassis storage area- hangboard above sliding door- Safe bolted into the floor in the kitchen storage area (key and code access)- custom cut velcro on/off Reflectix covers for all 5 windows, painted white on the inside (help ENORMOUSLY with keeping van cool/warm)POWER- 300 watts of solar panels with Renogy MPPT charge controller- alternator charging with an on/off switch option as backup to the solar- Two Optima Batteries 8052-161 D31M BlueTop Starting and Deep Cycle = 150 total Ah- solar water heater on the roof that runs to the sinkThe less than ideal things:- there is a large crack low on the front windshield (approximately $300 to replace the windshield) that does not obstruct driving view- if you really look, there is a bit of scratching/ small crack in the plastic front bumper from where it low impact wrestled with a large rock/boulder while navigating a tight parking situation.END OF DESCRIPTIONPm me to discuss, I'm looking to get this in to new hands before April!
