I am selling my Iveco TurboDaily 40.10 4x4. Former fire truck, only driven 22,000 km, 2.8-liter turbo diesel, timing chain, first registration as a fire truck in 2003, year of construction 1999. In excellent condition. Reduction gear, rear and front differential lock, 3 seats.
The vehicle was completely professionally converted into an expedition vehicle in March 2023. The car was built for our multi-year expedition to Africa, but our plans have changed and we are forced to sell the car after almost two years of preparation.
Construction:
Length of the living area 330cm, width 210cm and interior height 186cm. Spring-supported stainless steel frame, high-quality laminated sandwich panels, wall thickness 44 mm, floor thickness 70 mm, cabin surrounded with aluminum profiles, 2x double-glass polycarbonate side windows 90x45cm, bathroom roof window 40cmx40cm, large roof window (70x40cm) in the living area. All windows have mosquito nets and blinds. Adjustable comfortable folding stainless steel steps.
Solar energy system:
LiFePO4 battery 12 V 150 Ah, 2x adjustable solar panels (200 W), MPPT Epever, 230 V inverter, compressor refrigerator with freezer compartment 65l, USB ports, battery charging while driving from the alternator. LED lights.
Water installation:
130-liter tank for clean water, Truma gas boiler for hot water, LILIE soft pump, expansion tank, kitchen sink, hot water shower, Thetford toilet.
Gas installation:
20-liter gas tank (possibility to legally refill gas at any LPG station), Truma gas boiler, gas double burner Can.
Heating:
Webasto water heater 2 kW, warm air distribution in the bathroom and living area.
Description of the camper:
Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, upper cabinet.
Kitchen with gas double burner, sink with hot and cold water, upper and lower kitchen cabinets, compressor refrigerator.
2 large cabinets, upper U-shaped cabinets above the seating area. Comfortable seating for 5-6 people. Storage space under the floor under the table, separate storage space for bedding and blankets under the rear seat. Ilse brand table base, adjustable, rotatable. When folded, a large double bed 150x200cm is created. On the right side of the cabin is an external storage compartment. The space is ideal for 2 people or 2 people with a child.
Expedition roof rack with ladder, rear holder for a spare tire and a bike rack. The roof is reinforced and can be used as a terrace. Access via a ladder.
Front and rear camera with recording. 4 additional roof lights. High-quality Warn M8000 winch (not a Chinese product), 5 new TOYO Open Country MT 255/85 r16 tires, 5 new rims (+ original "Splitring" rims from Iveco with tires), Raptor protective coating, noise insulation of engine compartment .
All documents are valid, the car is registered in Poland. Registered as special vehicle, mobile office. There is no problem registering it in any country. The maximum weight of the car in the documents is 4050kg, the actual weight on the scale with the car ready for travel, 2 people and full tanks is 3400kg. According to my information, it is possible in Germany to reduce the total weight of the vehicle in the documents to 3500kg.
Only high-quality materials were used for the camper. All oils and filters have been changed. I have a complete photo documentation of the conversion. The car has not been involved in accidents or otherwise repaired. It is ready for any trip worldwide without problems.

We are currently on a short monthly trip in Greece with the car. The average consumption is 14l/100km.
