FREEDOM, LUXURY, COMFORT, SPACE, INDEPENDENCE, SAFETY, ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS ...
If you are looking for a Luxurious Rig capable of Weekend trips or Years away with all the Natural Light, Storage & Space of a Modern Apartment, this may be it.
An Abundance of Storage, 50 Gallons of Water & lots of Solar, this will keep you happy anywhere you want to go, On Grid or Off Grid.
The only thing it doesn't have is 4x4.
What is in front of you is a Turn Key, Drive Off, Open Plan, Luxury Travel Rig.
And It's Off Grid Luxury for Weeks, the only limit is how much extra Water (beyond the 50 Gallon Freshwater Tank) & any extra Propane you want to pack in.
You will never run out of Solar Power with 1050 watts of high efficiency panels.
And with the removal of 8 Bolts, the HabitatioN/House Box which is independent from the Isuzu, is easily removed from the Truck.
Use it as an Off Grid Home permanently or semi-permanently, all the Water, Propane & Power Systems are separate from the Truck.
This is the best rig I have seen in years, it's got everything & space & huge storage inside the Rig & outside in the Garage for all your gear.
I fell in Love with it, made the purchase, took it to my friend's workshop for two months & when I had time added what I needed.
Only after everything was added did I start driving it to my Patient's Homes & realized: its far too BIG to make House Calls in Los Angeles, very difficult to find Parking & when I find it, too far away to efficiently load & unload Medical Equipment every two hours.
Below is the original Craigslist ad rom the Couple who invested a year plus building this Conversion & from whom I purchased the vehicle 2 months ago.
They did a fine job of building this from the start & I have over 1200 photos they gave me from Start to Finish - incredible detail. They did everything right from Insulation, Waterproofing, extra Structural Support, to the level of each individual screw.
This was a Labour of Love for them & you can tell from the moment you step inside the House to driving down the Road, its like an Apartment on wheels with a huge bed, kitchen, lots of light, big shower, etc but again their attention to detail is impeccable.
THEIR ORIGINAL AD
Up for sale is our beloved 2017 Isuzu Box Truck Conversion which was completed in 2021. It was then inspected by the State of California & relabeled & registered as a Motorhome, making the Insurance much cheaper.
We built her as a year round camper with the sole purpose of bring off grid as her walls are 3" thick & the ceiling is 4" thick with polyiso closed cell foam & her 7 windows are doubled paned (2 windows are Emergency Breakouts).
For Ambiance & Heating there is a Dickinson P9000 Propane Heater Fireplace for those chilly evenings. For all you taller people, the ceiling is 7.5' which in combination with all the windows makes the space feel & appear so much more open.
Now the Downsides in a paragraph; No AC but she has 2 Maxxair Fans for Circulation at either end which worked great for us & all the Windows open. She is a Tank weighing 12,500 pounds but is rated for 15,500. She gets 10-11mpg in the City, 14-15mpg on the Highway & averages around 12.8mpg.
The Driving Cab is separate from the Habitation Box/Living Quarters. She is unique & rubs fantastic! We were sold on the fact Isuzu has the finest reputation of being an ultra reliable work truck & parts can be found all over the World.
The only reason we decided to sell her is because we opted to keep our other van (sacrificing the space, storage & luxury) to explore more of the Back Country & unfortunately the Isuzu is too heavy to take off the beaten path where we like to go, very rugged & isolated 4x4 country with few other vehicles.
And we would like to do more International Travel & not pay for Storage her. If you have any further questions, please ask.

MY AD STARTS HERE:
I purchased this two months ago & invested money making it perfect for my Practice & what I wanted; a high quality, two burner Marine Gas Stove, better Performing Fridge & Systems, doubled the Wardrobe size, added Shelving & Lights in the Storage area for my Medical Equipment, Extra Storage Box, etc.
You get to keep everything that I purchased for this truck from the New Mattress, Induction Stove, all Utensils & Cooking Gear including a $500 Magma Nesting Cook Set, etc.
I am selling the Rig after spending around $20k on it as it's just too big to use in the last year of my Practice making House Calls & finding adequate parking close to my client's houses to unload Medical Equipment for each Visit in Urban LA - spent a month going over everything when I had time & adding extras but just had a low speed crunch parking with a tree at 4 mph - selling at a huge loss.
The Damage is only a dent on the Roof (no structural damage) & some Silicone scraping. I was very lucky, I replaced the Silicone myself & got a quote you can see & verify from the very best specialists in the business, Marathon Truck Bodies of Santa Clarita & the cost is $5809.00 to remove the dent, replace drivers side door & decals (its cheaper to replace the door than repair it's minor damage), reapply silicone after they replace the dent in the Diamond Plate & then it will be even better than when I purchased it.
Please note; As it is, it is perfectly drivable & safe. If you didn't fix it, no-one would really know but for the slight crease in the door.
If I fix it, $110,000 - if you fix it, $89k as I just don't have the time.
IF YOU ARE NOT HAVING TO VISIT PATIENTS ALL OVER LA, this is the Ultimate Expedition Rig without 4x4.
This is the best made, well designed vehicle I have ever seen of its type at this price & I had been looking for 10 years.
The Storage area inside & outside (two external side doors) is huge. Remember you have another 3000 pounds of weight to add before you hit the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
I also added an extra Under Chassis Storage Box behind the Passenger Rear Wheel that is 42x18x16, etc. Wired in a Carframo Sirocco Yacht Fan - 3 speed with a Timer for the bedroom area.
The truck is 23 ft long, 8 ft wide & 11ft 6" tall.
