A buyer and a seller need to aggree together on the form of payment. Expeditionmeister does not mediate as a payment provider. Please make sure as a buyer or seller that you use a well known payment method.

It is annoying when an advertiser does not respond to your response. Is there a phone number in the ad? If so, we recommend calling that number, as you will get a faster response. If the advertisement is from a company, then you can easily find the complete company details on the relevant company page. Think: location, phone number and email address. Is the advertisement a private person and there is no phone number? Then you can contact us, we will try to reach the advertiser for you. 

There a multiple options to contact a seller. You can contact them by phone or Whatsapp when the sellers has these options enabled. You can find the phone number and Whatsapp button on the right side of your screen when you are at the specific listings page. Besides contacting them by phone you can also send them a message by filling in the contact form beneath the description/features of the vehicle.
