Expedition Trucks
Trucks are great and their large sizes make them usable for many purposes. One of these applications is to use them as large camping machines. You can use trucks as luxury campers by fitting them with all of luxuries that you don’t usually find on campsites.
Trucks are built tougher than most vehicles and you can load them with quite a lot of important essentials according to your needs. They’ve got the torque but they’ve also got the ground clearance to help make it more useful.
Camper trucks aka expedition trucks; can hence be considered a suitable alternative for motorhomes, caravans and camper vans. While there is a handful of these truck bed campers made available by manufacturers, many people tend to go to the DIY route.
This can be a more inexpensive approach but it’s not the easiest for most people. Either way, one can find a handful of truck camper brands online such as Mercedes (Unimog), Toyota, Nissan Diesel, and many others. Those with smaller budgets can get pickup overland trucks which have their own pros.
